well this REALLY sucks..
to be eligible to renew my Ontario Health Card i need valid photo ID and a birth certificate. I do not have ANY valid photo ID other than my Ontario Health Card (needs your signature, photo and address) which is now in-valid as it is expired…so the only other option would be to get an Ontario Drivers License to use as photo ID to get the Health Card but now you cannot get a Drivers License...
